Pentana Audit: Error "Width and Height must be non-negative" appears when opening a screen / properties panel
You may get the following error message when opening a screen or panel:
"A Critical error has occurred which will require the application to close. Please refer to the error log for full details. Width and Height must be non-negative."
The happens when the combination of zoom setting, panel width and possibly monitor size causes one of the window coordinates to contain a negative number.
The solution is to delete the files:
- %localappdata%\Vision\[instance name]\LocalData\DocumentLayout.xml
- %localappdata%\Vision\[instance name]\LocalData\Chart3.xml
This will force the application to forget the panel width so that you can re-open it again.
