Pentana Audit: which email address is used for sending emails?

Pentana Audit can be configured to send email:

For password resets
For notifications, such as action updates, document requests, rejections etc.
In addition, the Robot performs a self-test on start, and Robot jobs can be tested manually

Email settings are configured in more than one place in the system, and the table below shows:

You are likely to want to ensure that addresses used are consistent, and must ensure that the mail server is authorised to send for that address (see Pentana Audit: Robot service does not start, error "5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender" appears in log for more information on this problem).
