Who is this article for?

Administrators wanting to check the number of user licences assigned to the system.

No elevated permissions are required.

This article shows you where you can check your current licence count.

1. Viewing licence count

To view the number of licences available in the system, go to the About section.

You can access it by clicking the version number at the bottom of the screen.

This will display the About screen, which shows a breakdown of the licences in the License Information panel. 

You will see the the total number of licences, broken down by Staff, Contacts and Occasional users, and the number of Staff and Contact licences currently in use:
