If you use the Excel Importer to create Clients in a multi-client version of Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura):

• You can find that the Org Unit screen is missing the 'All Org Units' node:
  
  
  
  
• Attempting to add an Org Unit in the Org Structure screen results in an error:

• When entering the Client Universe screen, Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) shows the following error:

  Version: 6.0.1.3
  EXCEPTION: ArgumentOutOfRangeException
  message:   Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

This is caused because it is possible to create a client via the Excel Importer without correctly specifying an 'All Org Units' root node. 

To avoid this problem, we recommend not using the Excel Importer to create clients.
