1. Excel Importer Error Messages
The Pentana Audit Excel Importer allows you to upload data in bulk using specially formatted Excel templates. If the Importer encounters an error, it will record the message in a text file. Common messages and their meanings are provided below.

The Excel Importer adheres to all business rules governing the main application. Therefore, you cannot utilise the Importer to modify a record that is in an unsuitable signoff state, such as attempting to update a Submitted Action Update. | Make sure you import data for records that are editable within the main application. |
