WebUI crashes when viewing an Action or Action Update's Parent Information

Web access will be required follow these steps.
Users with a role that limits their ability to see parent actions or action updates may find that viewing Parent Information for an action or action update causes the following:
- Their web browser to show the error message "Something has gone wrong"
- The WebService log to show an error, containing the following text:

1.1. Exception of type: TngException[General] - Message: FormModel: Build, Unable to build FormModel - Form_Objective
1.1.1. Exception of type: TngException[Error building FormSectionModel] - Message: FormSectionModel: Build, Unable to build Control Objective.AuditProcess\AuditProcess.Name
1.1.1.1. Exception of type: TngException[Unable to build FormControlModel] - Message: FormControlModel: Build, Unable to build FormControlModel - Objective.SubProcess
1.1.1.1.1. Exception of type: TngException[General] - Message: Could not read the parent entity {Guid=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, Id=329, Mid=EntityProcess}
1.1.1.1.1.1. Error InvalidRead: Entity was not found with the unique key {Guid=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, Id=xxx, Mid=EntityProcess}
Fix
The underlying bug is fixed in later releases of Internal Audit 6.0.1, and so users should ensure that they are running the latest patch release.
