No elevated access or permissions are required.

Once you upgrade to v6.0 (or later), you will find that historic Action Updates are no longer available. This article outlines the differences between previous and current application behaviour.

1. Comparison

In v5.4 (and earlier), you could view details for a current and previous Action Updates by clicking the Respondent hyperlinks in the Action Update rows (in the History panel).

In v6.0 (and later), these rows have no hyperlink, which means you can only view the full detail for the current Action Update.

2. Viewing current Action Updates

To view Action Updates:

1. Open the menu.
2. Select Action Updates.
3. Locate the required Update.
4. Click on its Name.

Alternatively:

1. Open the menu.
2. Select Actions.
3. Locate the required parent Action.
4. Click on its Name.
5. Switch to the Current Action Update tab.
