Who is this article for?

  Users who find that library content is missing

  IT Administrator permissions are required to import library items

Ideagen Internal Audit is normally supplied with a methodology library and an Objectives, Risks, Controls and Tests (ORCT) library.

You might find that these are missing:

• Most commonly, because the content has been deleted at some earlier time
• Very rarely, because customers installed the system and omitted the libraries (by using the vision_blank) starter database instead of vision_shell)

1. Adding the methodology library

You can add the methodology library by importing the intermediate_pentana_methodology database via App Manager.

This adds:

• New segmentation values for:
  ActionCategory, ActionPriority, ActionResolution, AuditPeriod, AuditRating, AuditReportCategory, AuditType, Department, FindingCategory, FindingResponse, FindingSeverity, Outcome, WorkPlanLibrary, WorkPlanSection
• New templates for:
  Step, DocumentRequest, WorkPlan
• Two new library Attachments

2. Adding the ORCT library

You can add the ORCT library by importing the intermediate_risks_controls_tests database via App Manager.

This adds:

• New segmentation values for:  
  ControlAssessmentCategory, ControlCategory, ControlComponent, Controlmportance, ControlMethod, ControlPrinciple, ControlType, ObjectiveCategory, ObjectiveLibrary, ProcessType(2), RiskAssessmentCategory, RiskCategory, RiskType, TestType, ResultSet, Result, ProcessArea, Process, SubProcess
• New templates for:
  Objective, Risk, Control, Sample, Test, Finding, Action
