Administrators who need to remove inactive organisational units from the system.

This article explains how to delete an organisational unit from your Universe structure when it is no longer needed.

1. Deleting the org unit

1. Navigate to Universe
2. Org Structure
3. Select the org unit you wish to delete.
4. Select Delete from the general toolbar in the ribbon.
5. You can also right-click your mouse and select Delete from the drop-down menu.

Note: You can only delete an org unit if the process area is inactive and not in use.
