The Client Universe provides a matrix view for collectively managing and displaying all Entity-Processes within your universe, accessible from the Universe spine.

1. Accessing the Client Universe

The Client Universe can be accessed from the Universe spine. The screen provides the ability to collectively manage and display all the Entity-Processes within your universe in the form of a matrix.

2. Managing Entity-Process records

Entity-Process records are automatically created or deleted when you map an Entity to a Process.

It is possible to sort, group, filter and edit records singularly or in bulk.

3. Using display modes

The available Display Modes include:

• Owners – displays the Owners of Entity-Processes
• Business Owners – displays the Business Owners of the Entity-Processes
• Audit Frequencies – displays the Audit Frequencies (entered in months) of the Entity-Processes
• Budget Effort – displays the Budget Effort of the Entity-Processes
• Business Reviewers – displays the Business Reviewers of the Entity-Processes

4. Navigating the Entity-Process matrix

The Entity-Process matrix allows you to navigate through active cells. Non-active cells are highlighted in dark grey.

By clicking an active cell in the matrix, all relevant Entity-Processes are shown on the Data Grid. Any record can be selected and have its properties changed.

If the matrix was expanded to its lowest level, then each cell represents a single Entity Process, for example Egypt \ Human Resources.

If the matrix was collapsed to a single cell, then all Entity-Processes would be displayed in the Data Grid.

When the cells within the matrix have different values, this is represented with a Various description.
