No special access or permissions are required.

A Live or Closed Planning Period can be launched using several methods to access its various configuration screens.

1. Launching the Planning Period

You can launch a Planning Period using any of the following methods:

• Double click on the record within the data grid
• Right click on the record and select the launch option from the menu
• Select the record and use the Launch command from the ribbon

2. Navigating the Planning Period screens

Once launched, a Planning Period provides access to seven different screens through the spine navigation:

• Planning Period Details – Planning Period attributes
• Planning Risk Assessments – Entity-Process planning risk assessments
• Planning Risk Exposure – Entity-Process planning risk scores
• Audit Scheduling – Candidate Audit creation
• Candidate Audits – List of Potential Audits
• Weightings – Details of Planning Risk Weight
• Attachments
