No special access or permissions are required.

A Planning Period contains several key attributes that define its scope and behaviour within the system.

1. Understanding planning period attributes

A Planning Period has the following attributes:

• Name – Give the planning period a name
• Order – The order to display the planning period on the data grid (ReOrderLists)
• Start Date – The beginning of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the Audit)
• End Date – The end of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the Audit)
• Description – Give the planning period a description
• Active State – Either Draft (default), Live or Closed

Note: The Add Candidate Audits in bulk functionality will add candidate audits where Entity Process suggested audit dates fall within the planning period start and end date.
