Understanding Planning Period details

Users who need to how to launch a Planning Period.
No special access or permissions are required.
A Planning Period contains several key attributes that define its scope and behaviour within the system.
1. Understanding planning period attributes
A Planning Period has the following attributes:
- Name – Give the planning period a name
- Order – The order to display the planning period on the data grid (ReOrderLists)
- Start Date – The beginning of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the Audit)
- End Date – The end of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the Audit)
- Description – Give the planning period a description
- Active State – Either Draft (default), Live or Closed
Note: The Add Candidate Audits in bulk functionality will add candidate audits where Entity Process suggested audit dates fall within the planning period start and end date.
