The Planning Risk Exposure screen displays Entity-Process Planning Risks across the Universe, with risk scores and colours calculated and rolled up through the matrix Organisational Units and Process Areas.
1. Viewing the planning risk exposure screen
The Planning Risk Exposure screen provides a comprehensive view of risks across your organisation.
2. Using the display features
The screen includes two key display features that control how risk scores are presented:
- Average – Displays the average Planning Risk score within an Organisational Unit and Process Area
- Maximum – Displays the maximum Planning Risk score within an Organisational Unit and Process Area
The calculations behind these risk scores are explained in the Planning Risk Assessments documentation.
3. Selecting display options
The Planning Risk Exposure screen offers two display options that affect the data grid positioned below the universe matrix:
- Entity-Process Periods
- Planning Risk Assessments
4. Working with entity-process periods display mode
When you select the Entity-Process Periods display mode, the screen shows each Entity-Process on a separate row.
You can access the associated Planning Risks Assessment through the available child grid.
5. Working with planning risk assessments display mode
The Planning Risks Assessments display mode shows each Planning Risks Assessment on a separate row, providing a detailed view of individual assessments.
6. Entering planning risk assessment ratings
You can enter ratings for Planning Risk Assessments directly from this screen. This process works in the same way as the Planning Risks Assessments screen.
