The Audits screen provides a central location for managing all aspects of your audits, including adding, deleting, viewing, and launching audits, as well as maintaining audit details and tracking audit status.
1. Accessing the Audits screen
The Audits screen serves as your main hub for audit management. From this screen, you can perform all essential audit-related tasks and access the Audit Work Navigation Pane by launching an audit.
The screen provides a comprehensive view of all your audits and allows you to manage them efficiently through various actions and controls.
2. Managing audits
The Audits screen offers several management capabilities to help you work with your audits effectively:
- Add new audits to the system
- Delete existing audits when no longer needed
- View audit details and information
- Launch audits to begin work
- Maintain and update overall audit details
- Set audits to open status
- Mark audits as complete and approved
These functions are accessible through the audit management icons displayed on the screen.
3. Using audit management icons
The audit management icons provide quick access to common audit actions. These icons appear on the Audits screen and allow you to perform specific tasks with a single click.
Each icon represents a different action you can take on your audits, making it easy to manage multiple audits efficiently.
4. Launching audits
When you launch an audit from the Audits screen, the system opens the Audit Work Navigation Pane. This pane provides access to all the tools and features you need to conduct your audit work.
The Audit Work Navigation Pane serves as your workspace for performing audit activities and accessing audit-specific functions.
