Users who need to use the Incident tracker.

No special access or permissions are required.

The Universe Screen Incident Tracker provides analysis of Incidents across the universe by the Entity/Process matrix.

1. Understanding the Incident Tracker display

The Incident Tracker allows you to view incident data in two different ways:

• Count – displays the number of Incidents
• Value – displays the sum of monetary values of the incident

You can toggle between these views to analyse the data against each Entity/Process cell.

Note: Since Incidents can be linked to multiple Entity/Process cells, they may be double-counted at the lowest level.

2. Viewing incident details

The lower grid displays all Incidents for the selected cell. When you select a specific Entity/Process cell in the matrix, the corresponding Incidents appear in the grid below, allowing you to review detailed information for that particular combination.
