No special access or permissions are required.

The Action screen with the Universe provides a dynamic interrogation of the Client level Actions. For example; ones associated to Incidents or Key Issues.

1. Accessing the Action screen

Typically, this screen will be launched automatically from the Action Tracking screen when the user clicks on an appropriate action.

Note: Entity and Audit level Actions are unaffected and for these the user is launched into the Entity or Audit respectively.

2. Viewing the Action screen

The Action screen displays detailed information about Client level Actions associated with Incidents or Key Issues.
