Converting contacts to staff
Who is this article for?
User who need to convert contacts to staff.
No special access or permissions are required.
It is possible to convert contacts to staff if they change from being a Business User to a full member of the Audit Team, especially in a Multi-Client implementation.
1. Enabling the conversion option
The Convert Contacts to Staff option is available when the Convert Contact to Staff permission is set to Grant.
To enable this permission:
- Navigate to Universe
- User Admin
- Locate the Convert Contact to Staff permission.
- Set the permission to Grant.
