Understanding the Incident Tracker

No special access or permissions are required.
The Incident Tracker provides analysis of Incidents across the universe by the Entity/Process matrix, allowing you to view incident data by count or monetary value.
1. Viewing incident data
The Incident Tracker displays incident information across the Entity/Process matrix. You can toggle between two different views to analyse your data:
- Count – displays the number of Incidents in each Entity/Process cell
- Value – displays the sum of monetary values of incidents in each Entity/Process cell
Note: Since Incidents can be linked to multiple Entity/Process cells, they will inevitably be double-counted at the lowest level.
2. Accessing detailed incident information
The lower grid displays all Incidents for the selected cell. When you select a specific Entity/Process cell in the matrix, the grid below shows the complete list of incidents associated with that cell, allowing you to review individual incident details.
