This article explains how to resolve the error encountered when using the Export Read-Only function.

1. Issue

When using the Export Read-Only function you might get the error message: "An error occurred during the Export Audit workflow, with a subsequent error OutOfMemoryException."

This can be caused by a bad interaction with Windows' hardware acceleration for WPF applications. 

2. Resolution

To resolve the issue, disable hardware acceleration. 

After the change, use the application as normal for a while to make sure the issue doesn't reoccur. If the application continues to crash, open a ticket with us.
