During system configuration, you may need to duplicate process areas or groups of subprocesses to reproduce them in other areas of the hierarchy.

1. Understanding the limitations

There is no automatic way to copy process areas or processes. If you want to duplicate these rows, you must do it manually.

2. Considering alternatives before duplicating

Generally speaking, it is undesirable to duplicate entries in the process/subprocess hierarchy. Before proceeding, consider the following:

• Is it more efficient to reorganise the process hierarchy
• Are any entries in the process hierarchy better suited to being organisational units
