This article explains how to resolve an error that appears when attempting to enter the Action Updates module.

1. Issue

When you try to access the Action Updates module, you may encounter the following error message:

"message: TypeStore found no IEntityType for the mid, TrackAction.Reviews[s].
source: Pentana.Tng.Messaging
target:    Pentana.Tng.Messaging.IEntityType GetType(System.String)"

This error occurs due to a corrupt default view in your Action Updates screen.

2. Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. Click OK to dismiss the error message.
2. Go to the General tab.
3. Click Restore Defaults.

The Action Updates module should now load correctly with the restored default view settings.
