Reason for Occurring

The following error can occur when running a Vision.exe from the Unzipped folder, the error below will only occur if you are running from a Network Location or a non-local Drive. 

Workaround
Moving the XCOPY folder to a local destination you can launch it from (eg, the Documents folder)
