This article will cover how to change the status of a large number of ORCT'S at one time.

This situation may arise when rolling forward an audit and all of your ORCT's have been set to completed but they should be set to open.

For this example we will use tests.

First navigate to [Universe] > [audtis] > Choose your audit > [Audit Execution]

Once in audit Execution select from the drop down what you want to mass change as shown below:

If you refer to the image below you will notice these 3 Tests have a status of complete:

To change all Tests at one time press CTRL + A. This will highlight all Tests.

To change all of these at one time you have to options.

1. Use the sign off at the top of the screen and select Undo all completed as below:

2. Right click on the highlighted area > Click [Sign Off] > [Undo Completed]

This will work for Objectives Risks and Controls.

You can now see below these tests are no longer complete:

Note: Some elements may need to completed first before the system will allow the change.

For example setting all tests to completed require the Test to contain a result.

The system should provide you with a an error detailing what needs to be completed if this does not work first time.
