Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura): "This program is blocked by group policy" when launching
This error will appear if the network has a software restriction policy in place but the Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) application has not been whitelisted.
To fix, Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) should be added to the whitelist. If using ClickOnce, it will be located at a path like %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apps\2.0\[random characters]\[random characters]\[random characters].
If you use the offline working feature then there will be an additional instance to consider, because when a user checks out, Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) makes a complete copy of the application plus the local data. When the user launches the program and selects Local, this is the version that is run. Therefore, if you whitelist only the 'main' Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) files a user will be able to perform a check out but then not run the checked out replica.
The offline copy is stored at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Vision\[Pentana instance name]\Offline.
