Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura): Following the .NET v4.8 upgrade you may get errors deleting records
After upgrading a client PC to .NET v4.8, deleting a record from a data grid (e.g. an Objective from the Audit Execution screen, or a file from the Attachments screen) can result in an error message:

The error dialog box gives you the option to Continue, although it may sometimes be necessary to click the Refresh button afterwards.
This error results from a problem with a third-party component, affecting Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) v5.3.0.12 and earlier. The problem is corrected in v5.3.0.13, and v5.4 is unaffected.
