Users who want to learn about missing fields in audits, audit assignments and findings.

Elevated permissions are not required.

This article describes two cases where standard fields may be missing from the system.

1. IIA fields not present
2. Missing _plain fields

1. IIA fields not present

Customers who implemented Ideagen Internal Audit (previously known as Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura)) at v4.2 or earlier might find references to the following fields in documentation and conclude that these fields are missing from their system.

• Audit.Accomplishments
• Audit.Committee
• Audit.ReviewPeriod
• Audit.ResponseComments
• AuditAssignment.Assessment
• Finding.Cause
• Finding.Effect
• Person.Signature

These fields were originally available through a customisation package called Customize_IIA.  They were added to new systems by default at v5.0 and therefore appear in current documentation but are not added by the upgrade process.

If the fields are required then they can be added via the current Customize_IIA package.

2. Missing _plain fields

Fields containing rich text each have a buddy field which contains the same text, but without the rich text formatting.

Customers who began using the application at v5.0 will find that the following buddy fields are missing.

• Audit.Accomplishments_Plain
• Audit.ResponseComments_Plain
• AuditAssignment.Assessment_Plain
• Finding.Cause_Plain
• Finding.Effect_Plain

Note: Systems installed at v5.1 or later are not affected
