You may wish to deactivate a staff user in order to free up a licence for re-use.

To do this:

• As a user with the Administrator role, open PAWS and go to System Admin > Users
• Click on View > View Staff
• Left click on the name of the user you are wanting to change
• Right click on the user name, and select Remove User from Staff
