We have identified an issue whereby sometimes a field within a record cannot be edited by any user.

The underlying cause for this is incompatible rich text markup, which causes Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) v5.2.0.6/v5.3.0.0 and earlier to not open the RTF editor in read/write mode - the user can open the editor but cannot type into it, and paste option is unavailable.

This is fixed in v5.2.0.7/v5.3.0.1 and later.
