Your data grid shows the following columns:
Action
Update Time
Update By
You notice that the timestamp and 'by' values do not match the Last Modified values for the Action Update:
The reason for this is that the Time and By values for the Action Update are not the Last Modified, but are the name of the person who created the Action Update and the timestamp at that moment.
