Administrators managing matrices.

Administrator access is required.

The Client Universe provides a matrix view for collectively managing and displaying all entity-processes within your universe.

Accessing the Client Universe

To access the Client Universe:

1. Go to the Universe spine.
2. Select Client Universe.

The screen displays all Entity-Processes in matrix format.

Note

Entity-process records are automatically created or deleted when you map an entity to a process.

Navigating the matrix

The matrix allows you to navigate through active cells, whilst inactive cells are highlighted in dark grey.

You can sort, group, filter, and edit records individually or in bulk.

Using display modes

The available display modes include:

• Owners – displays the Owners of Entity-Processes
• Business Owners – displays the Business Owners of the Entity-Processes
• Audit Frequencies – displays the Audit Frequencies (entered in months) of the Entity-Processes
• Budget Effort – displays the Budget Effort of the Entity-Processes
• Business Reviewers – displays the Business Reviewers of the Entity-Processes

Navigating and editing entity-processes

To view and edit Entity-Processes:

1. Click an active cell in the matrix.
2. View the relevant Entity-Processes displayed in the Data Grid.
3. Select any record to change its properties.

If the matrix is expanded to its lowest level, each cell represents a single entity-[rocess (for example, Egypt/Human Resources). If the matrix is collapsed to a single cell, all entity-processes are displayed in the Data Grid.

Note

When cells within the matrix contain different values, this is represented with a Various description.
