Understanding planning period details
No special access or permissions are required.
A planning period defines the timeframe for scheduling and managing audits, with specific attributes that control how audits are organised and displayed.
Understanding planning period attributes
Each planning period contains the following attributes:
- Name – the planning period name
- Order – the display order for the planning period on the data grid (ReOrderLists)
- Start Date – the beginning of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the audit)
- End Date – the end of the planning period (date associated with when you will perform the audit)
- Description – the planning period description
- Active State – either Draft (default), Live, or Closed
The Add Candidate Audits in bulk functionality will add candidate audits where Entity-Process suggested audit dates fall within the planning period start and end date.
