List of default email notifications
Who is this article for?Engineers dealing with email robot job tickets.
No elevated permissions are required.
Email notification robot jobs have configurable body text. This article explains how to access them and what the default content of each email is.
1. Accessing emails
1.1. v5.4 (and earlier)
To access email notifications, go to App Manager.
1.2. v6.0.0.0 (and later)
To access email notifications:
- Go to Admin.
- Open System Settings.
- Choose Action Updates.
- Select Entity Controls.
- Switch to Entity Risks.
2. Email list
Below is a list of jobs and the default body text for each job.
Working with a system previously upgraded from v5.4 to v6?
If a system is upgraded, default email text remains as it was in v5.4.
