Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura): Error "A business rule has been broken" when confirming Candidate Audit
Issue
When confirming a candidate audit you get the following error:

Solution
The cause is that the Plan States have been changed so that none are set as a default. When you do the confirmation Pentana tries to create a new Audit, but as there is no default (and this is a mandatory piece of information), the error occurs.
The solution is to specify a default:
- Open Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura)
- Go to Admin > Segmentations
- Select Plan States
- Tick Default
- Save
