Upgrading to Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) v6.0 can cause library items and segmentations added by users to become set to closed or inactive, for the following:

Library items:

• Work Plan Template
• Step Template
• Document Request Template

Segmentations:

• Audit Type
• Work Plan Library
• Work Plan Section

This is a bug in the v5.4 -> v6.0 upgrade step, and can affect databases upgraded using App Manager versions up to v6.0.1.1.  The problem is fixed in v6.0.1.2.

If user-create library or segmentation items have been closed or made inactive, changing their state back to Live or Active will make them available for use again.
