An unexpected error normally causes Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) to display a message box that shows:

• An error message, or a series of error messages
• Four buttons:
• Copy to Clipboard
• Send Error Log
• Exit Application
• Continue

Clicking Send Error Log can cause a further error message:

A service of type IRoleService could not be plugged in either from an assembly directory or configuration setting

This message is caused by a bug in the error handling, and is not related to the problem that caused the initial error message.

In order to report the error, do the following:

• Close Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura)
• Open Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) again, and reproduce the error
• At the error box, click Copy to Clipboard
• This causes the entire error message to be copied to the Windows clipboard
• Paste the error message into an email, and send to support.pentana-audit@ideagen.com, along with a description of the steps taken to cause the error message to appear
