On launching the Ideagen Internal Audit (Aura) client, a user might get an error that looks as follows:

A single plugin was not located at the specified path. 0 Plugins were found at '[path]'.

This normally occurs because the system requires a custom business rules DLL, and this has not been incorporated into the client deployment.  Normally the solution is to rebuild the client deployment package with the additional custom DLL.

There is an exception to this:  if a v5.4.0.x client is launched and connects to a v6.0.1.x service then the following error will appear:

A single plugin was not located at the specified path. 0 Plugins were found at 'Behaviors/CompleteCertifiedInfo'.

In this case, the solution is to ensure that the correct combination of client / service version is in use.
