To correctly configure the system, each instance of Internal Audit should have a unique VisionLinkSuffix.  Changing the value for the live system is likely to be undesirable as it would break existing hyperlinks, so it is probable that you would want to change UAT/DEV only.

Making the change

• Open App Manager
• Select the UAT instance
• Click [Robot] > [Robot Service] > Connect
• Click Edit System Settings
• Expand the Setting Group called Hyperlink
• Choose Hyperlink.VisionLinkSuffix
• The Setting Value will probably read Production
• Change this to e.g. UAT
• Click Save

This will cause existing hyperlinks in external systems to fail, so in the event that these are used (e.g. during a UAT) then it will be necessary to recreate them.

Note that where new hyperlinks are issued and this instance of Internal Audit has not yet been run on a client PC its user will get an error. Users should run Internal Audit prior to clicking on an updated hyperlink - see article Error when clicking hyperlink: "You'll need a new app to open this visionProduction link" or "Cannot open the specified file".
